For a while, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it home for Thanksgiving this year. Between a new job, crazy-high airline prices and a dispersed extended family, a Thanksgiving in Pittsburgh wasn’t a sure thing until a few weeks ago.
If I couldn’t make it home, my parents were considering coming into the city for the holiday weekend. And while I love having Thanksgiving dinner with my family and all of our favorite foods, I was also kind of excited by the prospect of heading out to a swank restaurant and seeing what they’d be serving up as their special meal.
After doing a decent amount of research, it seemed line a waste to just trash it, so instead I decided to share it with you! Warning: Just don’t read this if you’re hangry because it will just make it worse.
