Winter is coming. I’m not sure how it’s already December – time has just flown by this year and I’m struggling to accept that 2015 is already almost over. In honor of the holiday season and the colder weather, I’ve done some digging and found what seem to be the best cozy cocktails around the city to warm you up on a cold winter night.

This popular gastropub is the perfect haunt for the cocktail-obsessed. The rustic-chic decor – think unfinished wood, painted brick walls and industrial lighting – serves as a perfect backdrop for the masterfully crafted cocktails. The standard menu features some standouts, including the Wren-Quila (note: stay away from this if you’re afraid of a little kick) and The 7th. But, for wintertime, which to their seasonal Hot Apple Cider. Topped with whiskey and an an artful orange peel, this is the perfect drink to warm you up on a cold night.
