Time for some resolutions. More like THE resolution: Be healthier. I’m sure like many people, my after-the-holidays self esteem is at an all-time low after consuming a potentially unsafe amount of daily calories between Thanksgiving and New Years.
My normal routine consists of spinning, and the occasional run or yoga class, which is all fine and good but I’m looking to change things up a bit because I’m bored which isn’t particularly motivating. A little online research has come up with the below, and I’m excited to kick start a new workout routine this weekend (!!) with the first off of the list.
